Climate change is a universal issue; everyone is impacted in some way.
In light of the pressing issues of climate change and armed conflict, corporates must enhance their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, along with their communication and negotiation skills. As these crises increasingly overlap, it is crucial for corporates to understand their impacts and proactively adapt their operations. Corporate could either select “ESG” or “communication and negotiation”.

Training overview
- Experiential Learning: Understanding Climate Impact
Participants will take on the role of climate migrants, experiencing firsthand how climate change affects daily life, livelihoods, and the broader environment. This immersive experience will highlight the urgency of the climate crisis and inspire a commitment to addressing humanitarian issues linked to climate challenges.
- (a) Focused Discussions on ESG
The second part of the training will delve into specific ESG challenges. Participants will engage in targeted discussions on how corporates can effectively respond to climate change and drive sustainable development.
(b) Focused Discussions on Communication and negotiation
The second part of the training will delve into specific communication and negotiation skills to address climate-related challenges. Participants will engage in targeted discussion on resolving potential conflicts for common goods.
By integrating these training initiatives, corporations can better prepare their teams or corporation to tackle the dual challenges of climate change and armed conflict, ensuring they remain resilient and socially responsible in their operations.
